We exist to serve community builders in the startup space. We are based in Australia but welcome and serve community builders from anywhere in the world.
Our mission is to support community builders to build stronger communities and create a space where they belong. Our vision is to make community building the most impactful and enjoyable role worldwide.
Our Community Guidelines and Terms and Conditions help us keep The Community Collective a safe and supportive space for all.
Everyone is expected to abide by these guidelines when joining our community, meetups, events or Community Cohort. We're dedicated to upholding our values and these guidelines and we hope that you are too.
Anyone that does not abide by these guidelines may be asked to leave our community or may result in other restrictions. Any questions, please contact us.
Trust is our default
We are open and honest with each other. If you join our community, you have our full support and respect.
Allyship
Our community is founded on the idea that a rising tide lifts all boats. We are allies, not competitors.
Go deep and connect
We are not about surface-level conversations. We’re here to get real and build deep connections.
Inclusive by design
We respect each other and welcome all types of people and opinions, no matter their background or differences.
Feedback is a gift
Feedback helps us grow personally and professionally and is given in a supportive and constructive manner that uplifts people, not brings them down.
This code of conduct applies to all those who attend our meetups, public events, workshops, Community Cohort and any other interaction you may have with The Community Collective team or community.
Your safety and experience is our number one priority. We will do everything in our power to create a supportive and positive environment that cultivates and upholds our values.
If you see anyone behaving disrespectfully or need to report a violation of these guidelines, please contact The Community Collective team directly here.
Thank you for being here.
We may update or vary these Community Guidelines at any time.
