The Venue
90 minutes from Melbourne, tucked into the hills of Victoria’s spa country in Daylesford, there’s an entire estate that will be ours for 4 days.
This isn’t a hotel.
No other guests. No front desk. No staff. Just 20 of us, a private vegetarian chef, and nature right outside our door.
There are private and twin rooms, each with its own ensuite (and orange pillows), so you’ll always have a quiet space of your own.
An array of shared spaces are on site with various living rooms, dining areas, sun rooms and comfy chairs for deep work.
Every meal is cooked fresh by our private vegetarian chef. Breakfast, lunch and dinner, plus fresh coffee and chai.
We’ll shape these 4 days together: pouring the tea, setting the table, holding the conversation.
And that’s the point. CHAOS is community, lived.
Our Daily Rhythm
Not a schedule. A flexible rhythm.
8am Chai and fresh fruit. Slow start. No rush.
9am Breakfast together. Long tables. Good conversation.
10am Community Workshop 1 and Deep Dives.
1pm Lunch. Fresh vegetarian meals from our private chef.
2pm Community Workshop 2 and Deep Dives.
5pm Free time. Wander. Journal. Conversation cards.
7pm Dinner. The kind where nobody wants to leave the table.
9pm Wind down and rest.

No. We review every application to make sure everyone in the room is actively building community and will get the most out of the four days. This is a carefully curated group to ensure we get the people right.
Founding price for the first 10 places: $1,200 AUD for a shared twin room, or $1,800 AUD for a private room. Once the first 10 places are gone, prices increase to $2,200 and $2,800.
3 nights’ accommodation, every meal by our private vegetarian chef, coffee and chai all day, daily workshops and deep dives, program materials, 2 online sessions (one before, one after) and a private WhatsApp group.
A private estate in Daylesford, about 90 minutes’ drive from Melbourne. We’ll share the exact address once you’re confirmed.
Transport isn’t included, but we’ll organise group ride shares so the road trip to Daylesford becomes part of the adventure. Closest airport is Melbourne Tullamarine. Please confirm CHAOS #1 is going ahead before you book flights.
Your laptop, comfy clothes, walking shoes, a journal and an open mind. We’ll send a full packing list before we go.
To bring this first November experience to life, we need at least 10 people to come along. We’ll let you know before 30 October whether it’s going ahead, and talk you through your options. If it doesn’t run this time, we’ll lock in dates for 2027 and keep you in the loop, so you’ll be first to know when CHAOS is back.
If you’ve ever been part of one of our experiences at The Community Collective, you’ll know our vibe. CHAOS is an intentional, curated experience to connect in community, on country, and give ourselves the space we so often create for everyone else.
Some moments will be deep. Some will be very silly. All of them will be real. Expect orange pillows, endless chai, walks in the bush and at least one breakthrough you didn’t see coming. We cannot freakin' wait.
