You're in good hands with Paz Pisarski, who will guide you through your cohort experience.
Paz has dedicated her life to serving people to build impactful communities. As the Co-Founder of The Community Collective, she quit her job in 2022 to grow this community that began as a meetup for 17 people in Melbourne. Since then, it went viral, growing into a 12.8k+ audience & 700+ community across 18 countries.
Having supported 200+ businesses to design community strategies, including Canva, Google, Founders Factory Africa, Airtree, and Startup Grind, Paz understands deep down what it takes to build a mind blowing community.
Previously, Paz held community roles at Australia’s largest founder community, The Startup Network, local co-working space Happy Spaces, university accelerator program RMIT Activator, and not-for-profit SisterWorks.
Based along the Surf Coast, Australia, she loves playing classical Suzuki guitar and composing relaxation music as Paz Sounds (her personal music brand).
We believe in making our Cohort accessible.

“This was genuinely one of the best professional development experiences I have ever had. I have been re-energised.You learn just as much about how to build a great community by being a part of this Cohort and observing their systems and processes as you do by leaning into all you have on offer. I will be back.”
