Meet Ben Davies
As a Coach and Advisor at The Community Collective and Community Leader at MYOB, I bring extensive experience in building impactful communities across not-for-profit and for-profit organisations.
I’ve had the privilege of founding and scaling communities for companies such as Canva, supporting its growth from a $4 billion to a $40 billion valuation, and Dovetail during its record-breaking Series A. As a Product Manager at ReachOut, I led the development of an AI-powered risk management system to support their community.
Most recently, I designed and delivered the migration and relaunch of the Smokeball Community, which played a key role in doubling ARR from $25 million to $50 million over two years.
Now based in regional NSW, Australia, I’m passionate about helping others design and grow their communities for maximum impact.
Meet Paz Pisarski
I’ve dedicated my career to helping people like you build impactful communities.
As the Co-Founder & CEO of The Community Collective, we've trained 280+ companies through our cohorts to design a community strategy, including Canva, Google, Founders Factory Africa, The Commons and Airtree.
I have first-hand experience growing The CC from a 17-person meetup to a 6-figure business with a 15.8k audience and 700+ community across 18 countries, with 0 VC investment or external funding.
When not building community, I'm living down the Surf Coast in Australia composing relaxation music for my music brand Paz Sounds (which now has 100 million+ streams online).

Meet Abbey Pantano
As a Coach at The Community Collective and Community Strategist, I specialise in serving impact-led founders to design sticky systems-savvy communities.
After building and selling my first co-working space business in Sydney, I founded The Impact Collab, a digital membership for 100+ purpose-led founders across Australia. With 80%+ monthly engagement and low churn, it’s a lean, high-trust community I run in just a few hours a week.
With 5+ years of experience in the community, I co-lead the community at One Roof, supporting a global community of 1,200+ members and 22+ Ambassadors.
Community has given me my dream life: time with my son, work that matters, and the freedom to live on my own terms. Now I'm here to help you build the same.
