Meet Paz Pisarski
I’ve dedicated my career to helping people like you build impactful communities.
As the Co-Founder & CEO of The Community Collective, we've trained 280+ companies through our cohorts to design a community strategy, including Canva, Google, Founders Factory Africa, The Commons and Airtree.
I have first-hand experience growing The CC from a 17-person meetup to a 6-figure business with a 15.8k audience and 700+ community across 18 countries, with 0 VC investment or external funding.
When not building community, I'm living down the Surf Coast in Australia composing relaxation music for my music brand Paz Sounds (which now has 100 million+ streams online).

Meet Abbey Pantano
As a Coach at The Community Collective and Community Strategist, I specialise in serving impact-led founders to design sticky systems-savvy communities.
After building and selling my first co-working space business in Sydney, I founded The Impact Collab, a digital membership for 100+ purpose-led founders across Australia. With 80%+ monthly engagement and low churn, it’s a lean, high-trust community I run in just a few hours a week.
With 5+ years of experience in the community, I co-lead the community at One Roof, supporting a global community of 1,200+ members and 22+ Ambassadors.
