Based in Canada, Margaux is an International MC & TEDx Speaker. Having led Toptal's tech community across 140 countries and built community for leading brands Airbnb & Sonos, today she travels the world to speak on the biggest stages in tech, from Hosting Web Summit Portugal to MC'ing South Summit Madrid.
Margaux met Paz in San Francisco and they became best friends (AKA international besties) and today they co-host the cohort together across US, EU & AU timezones.
Based in Australia, Paz is an award-winning Community Strategist having trained 400+ companies to master community including Google, Canva, Notion & TEDx.
In 2021 she quit her job to build The Community Collective from a 17-person meetup that went viral into a 6-figure business with a 21.2k audience & 700+ community across 18 countries.
Today she leads a global movement and now reveals her exact strategy with you in our cohort.
You already know the world is changing. The old strategies don't work the way they used to. The environment has shifted: sales are harder, attention is scarcer, information overwhelms, and costs keep climbing. But you're likely still doing things the same way you always have.
When the world changes, you have to change with it. That's why you need a new-world strategy. One that stands the test of time, builds real relationships, and is actually a joy to run.
If you build community inside a company, you're tired of it being seen as the "events team" or a cost centre. You wear multiple hats. You know community drives retention and advocacy, but you struggle to put a number on it.
If you're a founder, you can feel there's another level: more customers, more loyalty, more reach. But every path you've seen looks the same: more ad spend, rising CAC, renting attention you never get to keep. You want customers who stay, refer, and buy again. You want a moat competitors can't copy.

Turn community into your brand's most powerful growth strategy, one that grows through owned relationships, not rented attention. Where your customers become raving, loyal fans who stay, refer and rave about you.
You need a system you own: a repeatable way to design, run and measure community that produces results your leadership (or your P&L) can't ignore.
That's our Community Cohort.
Over 8 weeks, you'll install our Community Operating System, the same repeatable method behind community-led companies like Google, Notion and Canva, and leave with a board-ready strategy, the numbers to prove it, and a community where you can finally be a member (and not a manager).
You'll be welcomed into our supportive space to build an actionable strategy, become more efficient, and improve your AI mastery skills, so you can prove community's value and get it taken seriously. You will leave feeling more confident in your decisions and connected to people who are just as passionate as you are (it can be real!).

Week 1: Your Community Vision (plus Welcome Gatherings IRL)
Week 2: Master Your Community Strategy
Week 3: Metrics & Calculating the Return On Investment (ROI)
Week 4: Strategy Roadmap & Efficient Operations
Week 5: Integration Break Week (no live workshops)
Week 6: Mastering AI, Agents & Automations
Week 7: Growth & Engagement Tactics
Week 8: Reflection Workshop (plus Celebration Gatherings IRL)

Commit 4 hours per week to make the most of our cohort, build your Community Strategy and join live sessions with Speakers, such as a 90min live interview with Priya Parker.
Bonus if you carve out time to read community books, including Priya's new book The Art of Fighting.
For the first time ever, Cohort #9 runs in US, EU and AU timezones. Hooray!

I have been re-energised.You learn just as much about how to build a great community by being a part of this Cohort and observing their systems and processes as you do by leaning into all you have on offer.
